I have had a ton of orders for these lately! Carrot cake cupcakes. I hand grate the carrots to be extremly thin making this one moist cupcake, combine that with the amazing cream cheese frosting and you have a match made in heaven!
I didn't get a great shot becuase I was so busy decorating and delivering but you get the idea
This is the one thing in my bakery I can't get enough of! I have had 3 in the last 24 hours....
